We collect information you choose to provide when you apply for an Ahdama experience, join the mailing list, contact us, or register for a program. This may include your name, contact information, location, application responses, relationship information, dietary needs, and medical, physical, medication, or substance use information you share with us.

How we use it

We use this information to review applications, determine whether an experience is an appropriate fit, communicate with you, support safety and individual considerations, administer registrations, and send updates you have asked to receive.

How application information is handled

Applications are reviewed by the Ahdama team members and facilitators who need the information to assess fit, prepare responsibly, and support the experience. We do not sell, rent, or trade application information.

Please share only information that is relevant to your application. Email is available if you would rather discuss a sensitive detail directly with the team.

Service providers

Our application and mailing list forms are hosted by Jotform, which processes submitted information on our behalf. We may also use service providers for website hosting, email, payment, and program administration. Those providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services and handle it under their own privacy and security terms.

When information may be shared

We may share information when you ask us to, when it is necessary to provide a service you requested, when required by law, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety or rights of a participant, Ahdama, or another person.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and take reasonable steps to protect it. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Ahdama, or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Some information may be retained when required for legal, safety, or administrative purposes.
