I feel this weekend has finally got me to step 1. I feel like I have a voice. I never felt like this, and might I mention I’ve done lots of this work in the past, and I’m committed to get to the next 2 steps in the right time! What’s kept me going post- Shabbos was the container of authenticity. Just one another there to help and hold space. I’m so fortunate to have been a part. In 30 years, I’ve never felt so alive! What to expect each week
The Ahdama 8-Week Foundation Calls are designed for men seeking more than just self-improvement—they’re for men committed to a journey of true personal transformation. Over the course of eight weeks, we dive into foundational topics that build resilience, align with purpose, and deepen the bonds of brotherhood. Each weekly call is a safe, judgment-free space where men come together to explore, reflect, and support one another in their growth.
Week 1
Intention & Purpose
We begin by establishing a strong foundation of trust and connection. This session is about setting individual and collective intentions, aligning with a purpose, and getting clear on why you’re here. Through reflective exercises and open dialogue, you’ll start clarifying your unique path and building a foundation of accountability with your brothers.
Week 2
Mental Resilience
We’ll delve into mental clarity and resilience, introducing practical tools to manage stress, reframe limiting beliefs, and cultivate a growth mindset. This session includes mindfulness exercises and resilience-building techniques that you can apply daily, helping you stay centered and adaptable.
Week 3
Emotional Mastery
This week focuses on emotional intelligence—learning to recognize, process, and communicate emotions effectively. We’ll explore how vulnerability strengthens relationships and discuss strategies for handling complex emotions. Through guided exercises, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of yourself and others, fostering emotional freedom.
Week 4
Spiritual Alignment
We explore the spiritual side of self—connecting with values, beliefs, and a sense of higher purpose. This session incorporates meditation and reflective practices to help you align with your inner compass, whatever spirituality means for you. You’ll leave with a greater sense of clarity and inner peace.
Week 5
Sexuality and Embodiment
We address healthy, empowered sexuality and the often complex relationship we have with our bodies. Topics like intimacy, desire, and overcoming shame are discussed in a supportive setting. Somatic practices and grounding exercises help you connect with your physical self in a powerful, positive way.
Week 6
Relationship with Money
This week, we dive into the relationship with money, unpacking financial mindsets and exploring ways to cultivate abundance and purpose around wealth. We discuss practical approaches to financial well-being while breaking through any limiting beliefs around scarcity, value, and worth.
Week 7
Purpose & Mission
Tying together the past weeks, we focus on defining and strengthening your life’s mission. This session is about finding what drives you and connecting it to your actions, relationships, and everyday life. You’ll leave with a purpose statement and a roadmap to keep moving forward.
Week 8
Integration & Future Growth
In the final week, we reflect on everything learned, discuss ways to integrate insights, and set intentions for ongoing growth. Each man will craft a personal commitment to carry forward and share in the brotherhood. This closing session is a time to celebrate progress, acknowledge challenges, and set the stage for continued evolution.
