Eli Nash is a visionary entrepreneur and speaker deeply committed to fostering personal growth and authentic connection. As Co-Founder and Lead Facilitator of AhDaMa Men’s Remembrance, Eli creates a space for men to navigate their inner worlds, address emotional challenges, and rediscover their purpose through shared experiences and collective healing.
Eli’s personal journey, including his well-known TEDx talk Escaping Porn Addiction, has inspired countless individuals to confront difficult truths and embrace vulnerability as a strength. His work with AhDaMa reflects his belief in the power of community and open dialogue to help men heal and thrive.
As a seasoned entrepreneur, Eli has a proven track record of building successful ventures, but his true passion lies in guiding others toward personal transformation. At AhDaMa, Eli leads with a combination of empathy, wisdom, and authenticity, ensuring every participant feels seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward deeper self-awareness and connection.

MEIR KAY
Co-founder & Lead Facilitator
Meir Kay is a filmmaker, Breathwork facilitator and Men’s Coach. His mission is to spread positivity through creative mediums such as his viral videos, breathwork workshops and retreats. He’s the children’s book author of “ A Kid’s Book About Optimism” which made it on Oprah’s Favorite List.
Meir also has a non profit, SuperSoulParty that brings dignity and connection to people who are experiencing homelessness.
Meir’s life has been illuminated and transformed through the power of breath and since then has facilitated hundreds of people through deep, meaningful experiences that allow themselves to find inner peace, gratitude and self love.
Omar Pinto is a transformational coach and speaker with over 15 years of experience in personal development, specializing in addiction recovery and emotional healing. As a Lead Facilitator at AhDaMa Men’s Remembrance, Omar uses his expertise and life experiences to help men explore their inner worlds, overcome challenges, and build stronger relationships with themselves and others.
Omar’s sessions at AhDaMa focus on fostering emotional resilience, self-awareness, and accountability. Through a combination of coaching techniques and community-based practices, he empowers men to confront their struggles, embrace vulnerability, and rediscover their authentic selves. His compassionate approach creates a safe and supportive environment for deep healing and growth.
In addition to his work at AhDaMa, Omar hosts the Omar Pinto Coaching Podcast, where he shares insights and strategies for personal transformation. His unwavering dedication to helping others live with greater clarity, purpose, and connection makes him an integral part of the AhDaMa team.

Rosh Lowe brings his expertise in storytelling and public speaking to his role as a Facilitator at AhDaMa Men’s Remembrance. With over 20 years of experience as a broadcast journalist, Rosh has developed a deep understanding of the power of narratives to inspire, connect, and transform.
At AhDaMa, Rosh works with men to uncover their personal stories and use them as a source of strength and growth. His workshops encourage participants to explore their emotions, embrace vulnerability, and share their experiences in a supportive environment. Through these practices, men are empowered to heal past wounds, build authentic connections, and lead lives of greater purpose.
Rosh’s work extends beyond AhDaMa through his involvement with MicDrop, a platform for impactful public speaking. His passion for helping others find their voice and share their truth aligns seamlessly with AhDaMa’s mission to create spaces of remembrance, connection, and transformation for men.
